Terms & Booking Policy

These terms apply when you use the Pickle Grounds website (Davao City, Philippines) to create an account and book courts. By signing in or booking, you agree to them. Questions? Email picklegroundsdvo@gmail.com.

• You need an account (Google or email sign-in) to book.
• Please keep your details accurate so we can reach you about your bookings.
• You are responsible for bookings made from your account. Don't share access with others.
• Players under 18 should have a parent or guardian book for them.

• Courts are booked in 1-hour slots, per court, during opening hours.
• You can book up to 30 days ahead.
• There's no limit on how many hours or courts you can book, as long as they're available.
• All bookings are paid online by GCash. We don't accept payment at the facility.
• When you book, the hours are reserved only for you for 10 minutes. In that time, send the exact amount shown to our GCash account and upload a screenshot of your GCash receipt. If we don't receive your screenshot in time, the hours are released.
• After you upload it, your booking shows as “Pending booking confirmation” in My bookings and the hours stay reserved for you. Our staff check that the payment reached our GCash, then your booking changes to “Booking confirmed” with its booking reference.
• The price is the court rate per hour plus a ₱10 booking fee per court-hour. The total is shown before you pay.
• If we can't find your payment, we'll tell you why in My bookings and release the hours. Uploading a screenshot of a payment you didn't make, or one already used for another booking, may lead to your account being blocked.

• You pay from your own GCash app to our GCash account. We never see your GCash login or balance; we only see the screenshot you upload and the payment in our GCash history.
• All payments are non-refundable, including the booking fee. This also applies if you cancel, arrive late or don't show up.
• Exception: if Pickle Grounds closes a court or cancels your booking, we will rebook you at no extra cost or refund what you paid for the affected hours.
• If you sent a payment but couldn't upload your screenshot in time and someone else booked those hours, contact us with your booking reference and we'll refund it.
• The email you receive is a payment confirmation. Please ask our staff if you need an official receipt or invoice.

• You can cancel a booking yourself in My bookings up to 24 hours before it starts. Cancelling a paid booking frees the court but is not refunded.
• You can release held hours before you upload a payment screenshot. Once uploaded, the booking can't be cancelled online while our staff verify it. Please contact us.
• Within 24 hours of the start time, online cancellation is closed. Please contact the facility.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions on your account.

We may need to close a court or the whole facility for maintenance, events or safety reasons. If this affects your booking, we will contact you, and you may rebook at no extra cost or receive a refund for any amount already paid for the affected time.

• Please arrive on time. Your slot ends at the booked time so the next player can start.
• Follow staff instructions and facility rules, and use proper court shoes.
• Treat staff and other players with respect. We may refuse service for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
• Pickleball is a physical sport. Play within your limits. You are responsible for your personal belongings.

Don't try to book courts you don't intend to use, create multiple accounts, or interfere with the website. We limit repeated requests and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already confirmed follow the terms that applied when you booked.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
